HARLOW MP Robert Halfon is a busy man on a Friday as he attends a variety of engagements in his constituency.

After he met with a number of driving instructors who had encountered problems with accessing business grants, we caught up with Mr Halfon to discuss the grants, the economic road to recovery, an inquiry into care homes and Dominic Cummings.
