I placed a bet at my local betting shop in stapletye harlow for Middlesbrough to beat Manchester United on 4th February £10 to win outright the betting shop refused to honour the bet . I am asking the council to remove the betting shops in Harlow as most of Harlow and UK citizens have problems reading and are confused when it comes to reading the betting shop rules technically you need to be a lawyer to understand all the rules in the betting shop. Betting shops don't have or behave morally and should leave are fast growing prestigious town. I am asking the council to shut down the betting shops in Harlow as they destroy are moral fabric of society thankyou

@ Jawad Sharief - lots of people get a bit of pleasure by having a sensible bet occasionally. There are a lot of things I would put above betting shops on the list of things that are destroying the moral fabric of our society.
