THE CAPTAIN of Harlow Ladies Football Club is representing her country at the Maccabiah Games in Israel.
Former Passmores Academy student, Charis Howell, is representing Team GB. She is team captain.

The Maccabiah Games is an international Jewish and Israeli multi-sport event held every four years in Israel.
The first game didn’t go so well, with Team GB losing 10-3 to host nation, Israel but Charis scored this wonderful free kick (see below).
We know that Charis’ mother Sally, all the family and friends are very proud of her.
We will keep you up to date on the games. Win or lose, this will be vital international experience.
