LACE up your running shoes and join us for the most joyful event of the season – Mental Elf Festive 5km Fun Run in Harlow Town Park on Sunday December 1st.

Registration will be open at 11.15am at the bandstand and the race will start at 12pm Midday. Come together with friends, family, and neighbours to make memories, share laughter, and support mental health awareness.

You can collect your Mental Elf Medal as you cross the finish line to the cheer of our spectators and volunteers.

After the run, there is no need to dash off, as we will have more festive fun to take part in, such as our raffle, with many prizes donated by local businesses to make the event all the more special.
