Taylor Wimpey celebrates sell-out success at Sawbridgeworth development

TAYLOR Wimpey North Thames is celebrating a brand-new community after successfully completing the sale of its final home at its Tudor Park development in Sawbridgeworth.
Since opening in 2021 Tudor park has brought 140 new homes to the vibrant Sawbridgeworth community, each designed with modern living in mind while thoughtfully designed to fit in with the rich heritage of the area.

The success of Tudor Park is not only a testament to the quality and appeal of the homes but also to Taylor Wimpey’s commitment to enhancing the local community. Taylor Wimpey has been an active supporter of local causes and initiatives, fostering strong community ties and contributing to the wellbeing of Sawbridgeworth residents.
Several local projects include helping to fund the installation of disability platforms at Sawbridgeworth Angling Society, enabling more inclusive access to angling activities. A donation of £1,000 to Sawbridgeworth Town Council for the enhancement of a new community space called Jubilee Gardens. A £250 donation to the recent Sawbridgeworth May Fair and a new Community Public Access Defibrillator located on the development, providing 24-hour access for the local community.

Further support also includes S106 contributions to the local community including support for nearby primary schools such as Mandeville Primary School and Leventhorpe Primary School.
