TAYLOR Wimpey North Thames is celebrating a brand-new community after successfully completing the sale of its final home at its Tudor Park development in Sawbridgeworth.

Since opening in 2021 Tudor park has brought 140 new homes to the vibrant Sawbridgeworth community, each designed with modern living in mind while thoughtfully designed to fit in with the rich heritage of the area.

A £250 donation to the recent Sawbridgeworth May Fair and a new Community Public Access Defibrillator located on the development, providing 24-hour access for the local community.

Further support also includes S106 contributions to the local community including support for nearby primary schools such as Mandeville Primary School and Leventhorpe Primary School.
