ON SATURDAY, a special walk was held to pay tribute to Harlow schoolboy Giona aka JJ, who passed away earlier this month.

The walk was hosted by the Harlow Progressive Friends (HPF). They met at the GPCA in Abercrombie Way at 7am. They were joined by members of Community Embrace, SWEAT, Open Road and many others.

They walked to Harlow Town park, where they joined up with the Harlow Town Park.

In many ways, the meet defined the best of Harlow. The organisers of the Harlow parkrun, Lee Webber and his team, did their very best to accommodate the group.
