Athletics: Innovation Multisport: From the streets of Berlin to lanes of Harlow

INNOVATION Multisport runners were very busy both home and abroad at the weekend.
From the streets of Berlin to the country lanes of Magdalen Laver, they were bring home th medals.
Three of their runners took on the Prague Half marathon on Saturday.
The three experienced runners. enjoyed the breathtaking views and the iconic landmarks are taking on like the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle but also conquered the 13.1 miles.

The Berlin Super Half Marathon on Sunday 6th April attracted a competitive field of experienced runners, all eager to take on one of the most exciting half marathon courses in Europe.
Known for its fast, flat route, the race offered an ideal opportunity for personal bests while showcasing some of Berlin’s most iconic landmarks, including the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Cathedral.

For seasoned runners, the event was not just a race, but a test of endurance and strategy, with many looking to push their limits in a city renowned for its historical significance and vibrant energy.

Runners at the London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday 6th April tackled a course filled with iconic sights, from the majestic Tower Bridge to the historic St. Paul’s Cathedral. As they raced through the heart of London, participants were treated to views of some of the city’s most famous landmarks while pushing themselves to conquer the 13.1-mile challenge.

Well done to Richard Baldwin on his first half marathon, Cheryl Ponton on her training run for the London Marathon, Liz Coxall an experienced and Cat McCabe.

There were also a number of IM runners taking part in the St Clare Hospice 10k. We will have a separate report on that but over 500 runners participated and Innovation Multisport certainly played their part.
