HARLOW MP Chris Vince was the special guest at the opening of a new Indian restaurant in The Stow.

Rasoi is an Indian-Bengali restaurant that serves “”Traditional Indian Bengali Cuisine in Harlow with a contemporary touch”.

They handed out over 150 meals to visitors, local business and passers-by at the grand opening.
