Health bosses to investigate Nuffield House Surgery to “follow up on safety concerns”

FOLLOWING the employment tribunal that centred on the dismissal of a nurse at Nuffield House Surgery in The Stow, we invited the health regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to comment.
A CQC spokesperson said:
“We’re aware of the concerns raised at Nuffield House Doctors Surgery through the recent employment tribunal. We’re following up on these concerns to ensure people are receiving a safe service and have been in contact with the provider and local ICB about this.
“As with all services we’d encourage anyone who has feedback to contact CQC as it helps us in the ongoing monitoring and assessment of health providers. This can be done using CQC’s website, or customer care centre on 03000 616161.”
On Tuesday May 20th, we attended at Nuffield House Surgery and gave our contact details to Dr Felix Kehinde and Ann Curnow via the receptionist.
They have yet to be in contact.
The Nuffield House Surgery should accept the title of the 'most incompetent lying employers in Harlow' who got turned over at an employment tribunal for interim relief. As a legal advice firm says: "Interim relief is rarely applied for and is most common in trade union cases, rather than in whistleblowing cases. Additionally, the “likely” test is a high one, meaning that most cases aren't successful." So, Nuffield House Surgery rate very low.
