ST Clare Hospice has launch its new Hospice User Forum, a dedicated platform designed to listen to and learn from those who matter most – the people who use its services.

The first quarterly forum took place in April and the charity is now inviting past and present service users, their families and carers to register their interest in attending the next one, taking place at the Hospice on Tuesday 1st July.

St Clare’s Medical Director Dr Qamar Abbas said: “At St Clare Hospice, we are committed to continuously improving the quality of care and support we offer and we believe that the experiences of our services users are vital in shaping the future of hospice care.

“We’re delighted to be holding our second Hospice User Forum on Tuesday 1st July, offering a safe, respectful space where participants can share their feedback and suggest improvements so we can continuing providing compassionate, responsive care and support which is truly centred around the needs of local families.

“If you have received support from St Clare Hospice, either directly or as a carer or family member, in the past two years, we would love for you to be involved. Feedback from our community helps us better understand what works well and what we can improve as we look ahead to the future. From clinical care to emotional support, every insight is a chance to improve the journey for others.”
