LAST week, The Harvey Centre team proudly delivered a range of generous donations to the Maybury Open Door initiative – an inclusive drop-in centre for adults based at The Harvey Centre.

The donations, which included a variety of games, puzzles and craft supplies, will help expand the activities on offer at the centre. The availability of games and activities will help the Maybury team bring people together, create meaningful connections and contribute to a fun and welcoming environment for all.

Maybury Open Door, located opposite Cineworld inside The Harvey Centre, is open every Tuesday and Friday from 11:00am to 3:30pm. For over 20 years, it has provided a warm, welcoming, and supportive space for adults in Harlow. Whether you’re seeking a bit of peace and quiet, looking to join in with group activities, or simply want to enjoy a coffee and a chat, there’s something for everyone. The centre offers a relaxed, friendly environment where people can build confidence, make new friends and feel part of a community.
