A HARLOW resident has been disqualified from driving after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for a breath test.

Eda Eren, aged 29, of Milwards, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On July 19th, 2025 at Harlow when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis… in the course of an investigation into whether you had committed an offence under section 3A, 4, 5 or 5A thereof, failed without reasonable excuse to do so.

Eren was disqualified from driving for fourteen months. Required to undertake 50 hours of unpaid work and fined £85.00
