Communities / Wed 11th Feb 2026 at 03:16pm

FREE dance and fitness sessions are being offered in Harlow, Epping and Uttlesford as part of Let’s Dance 2026.

Founded by Angela Rippon, Let’s Dance is a national campaign inspiring people across the UK to embrace the joy and benefits of dance. The campaign returns in March 2026, with communities across West Essex invited to join in.

Rainbow Services, Find Your Active (West Essex) and SWEAT Harlow are working together to bring the campaign to Harlow and across West Essex by offering a series of free dance and fitness sessions:

  • Harlow: Sunday 1 March, 9.00-10.00am at The Barn, GPCA
  • Epping: Wednesday 4 March, 1.00-3.00pm at Jack Silly Pavilion, Stonards Hill
  • Uttlesford: Sunday 8 March, 10.45am-1.00pm at Great Dunmow Leisure Centre

These sessions are open to everyone, regardless of age, ability, background, community or culture, and offer a fun way to get active and connect with others.

Now in its second year, Let’s Dance is a UK-wide movement encouraging people of all ages, experience and fitness levels to get active, connect with others and enjoy the physical and mental wellbeing benefits that dancing brings.
