Harlow man banned after drug-driving in Willowfield

A HARLOW man has been issued with a ban after being found driving under influence of drugs.
Rhyce Jones, aged 26, of Little Brays, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On August 29th, 2025, at Willowfield in Harlow, drove a Vauxhall Vivaro, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in your blood, namely 2.4, exceeded the specified limit.
Jones was disqualified from driving for eighteen months and required to complete 40 hours of unpaid work.
He's a prolific drink driver he should of been caught along time ago.
Ted, he should HAVE been caught A LONG time ago.
