GLOW Cheerleaders are quite a new group but last week they made the big step and took part in their first ever competition.

There is a world of difference in training and practising in a hall to then travelling away from home to compete.

But the girls made the journey to Colchester for their first cheerleading competition and impressed the audience, their coaches, their competitors and perhaps most importantly, the judges.

The judges graded them as “Excellent”.

Future Cheer is one of the big competitions in the east of England.

Well done girls, everyone is very proud of you.
