OVER the past few years, Caine’s Pizza has had a growing presence in Harlow.

For local man, Charlie Caine, what started as a hobby when he was working in the city has now become his business.

From perfecting the art of stone baked pizza to serving it at pop-ups, weddings, and private gatherings, they’ve always been passionate about crafting pizzas that aren’t just delicious but add to the happiness of the people enjoying them.

We have seen them at all the fairs, fetes and markets in and around Harlow.

Recently they have been pitching up in their pop up tent outside Mayfield Bakery off Gilden Way.

Now they are inside every Friday night until further notice.

YH went down last week. We had the Prosciutto and Mushroom and the All The Meats.

They were fantastic. So natural, so tasty and so distinct. There are also some interesting touches such as the option of putting a honey glaze on the All The Meats.

There is a really relaxed atmosphere, greatly aided by friendly assistant Ryan. A very affable young man who is also determined to make things work.

So, on Friday, make a reservation to go to Caine’s Pizza at Mayfield Bakery. So authentic and tasty.
