HARLOW MP Chris Vince continued his preparation for the London Marathon by running the St Clare Hospice 10K.
On a bright and breezy Sunday morning, Mr Vince joined 600 other runners as they wound their way through Hastingwood and Magdalen Laver countryside.
He finished in a very respectable 61.04.

Since September, Chris Vince, despite a very busy schedule, has steadily built up his mileage. Last week, he ran an impressive 20 miles.
What is always impressive is his cheery disposition as he trains.
Chris is running to raise money for St Clare Hospice.
The London Marathon takes place on Sunday April 26th. If you would like to sponsor Chris Vince, click below.
Michael Casey avoided mentioning his time for the 10k. You don't escape that easily.
The world record is 26.10. I think I passed that at 4k...oh..it doesn't work like that......!!!
The same Labour Party taxing the same hospice and other charities! Ironic
