ENERGY minister, Greg Barker joined Harlow MP, Robert Halfon in a visit to the Ecco centre on Edinburgh Way in Harlow.

They were both met by chief officer, Sean Folan who was able to tell them both about the remarkable successes of Ecco, not only from an economic and social perspective but also in providing employment.

YH spoke to the minister as well as Mr Halfon and Mr Folan about the visit and the lessons that people could learn from the Ecco success story.
