POLICE are investigating the possibility four cats which had to be put to sleep in Harlow may have ingested anti-freeze.
Between 12am on June 1, 2014 and February 2, 2015 in the area of Red Lion Crescent, four cats are believed to have ingested something, possibly anti-freeze, causing them to fall ill and needing to be put to sleep by vets.
Police are investigating and would ask pet owners to keep a close eye on their pets and take them to the vets immediately should they have any concerns over their health.
Officers are also working closely with the RSPCA.
