Harlow men in court over drug-driving charge

TWO Harlow men are set to attend court over allegations of being under the influence of drugs whilst driving.
Marcus Boakye (25), Tithleands, Harlow is accused of an alleged offence in Southern Way on March 28th, 2015
Kenny Brown (31), Fold Croft, Harlow is accused of an alleged offence in West Road, Harlow on March 6th, 2015.
They are both set to attend Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
