A HARLOW man is set to attend court over an allegation that he sent an indecent message through an IT application.

Wayne Tonbridge (29). Milwards, Harlow is charged with the sending an electronic communication, namely a video sent via ‘Whatsapp’ which conveyed a message which was indecent or grossly offensive for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom you intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated

He is due to attend Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Tuesday June 23rd.
