Steven Paul O’Connor (48) 240 Ladyshot, Harlow is charged with the following.

Between 05/06/2015 and 05/06/2015 at Harlow had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place MOMPLES ROAD, HARLOW an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely BLACK HANDLED KITCHEN KNIFE WITH 4 INCH BLADE.

The court date is set for July 6th, 2015.
