DEPARTMENT of Education figures released on Thursday 21 January 2016 reveal that Harlow College is the leading provider for A Level provision in the country, topping the table of over 250 FE providers.

The College also came second when combining academic and vocational qualifications.

More than one in four A Level students achieved an A* or A grade, up an impressive 5% from 2014/15.

Karen Spencer, Principal of Harlow College, was delighted with the results:

“We are incredibly proud of the outstanding performance of our students here at Harlow College, as demonstrated by the recently published DfE performance tables for schools and colleges. Once again our learners make tremendous progress from their starting points for both A Level and vocational programmes.

“Outcomes like this are only achieved by the hard work of our students, the high expectations of our staff, and the support of parents and carers. This is fabulous for Harlow!”
