Harlow Brass Band trumpet arrival of new musical director

HARLOW Brass Band are pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Palmer as Musical Director
Joe is a freelance professional tuba player based in London. He took up tuba at an early age progressing through various midlands based symphony orchestras, wind orchestras and brass bands.
Joe has recently graduated from the Royal Academy of Music, where he studied tuba with Patrick Harrild, gaining a Masters Degree with distinction thanks to generous support for his studies from the David Richards Memorial Prize, the Help Musicians UK Fund, the Countess of Munster’s Trust, the David and Claudia Harding Foundation, the Carron Charitable Settlement, the City of London Combined education charity, the Kings Norton United Charities, the Greenwich Bluecoat Foundation and the Leverhulme Trust.
Harlow Brass Band looks forward to working with Joe.
