Five paddling pools open all summer in Harlow!

The town’s five council-run paddling pools are at Bush Fair, Norman Booth, Staple Tye, Sumners and Town Park with a splash park at Potter Street.
The pools are open seven days a week from 10am to 6pm dependent on weather conditions.
Although between these times there is an attendant on site to maintain the pool, all children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Community and social inclusion portfolio holder Jean Clark said: “It can be hard to keep children entertained during the long summer holidays and constant trips out can get expensive.
“The pools are free to use and we know they’re much loved by local families.
“Hopefully now the hot weather has joined us the pools will be an ideal way of keeping cool this summer!”
The pools sometimes close temporarily for maintenance or if broken glass is found so would-be users are advised to check the council’s website – www.harlow.gov.uk/paddling-pools – for the latest information.
Bikes or dogs should not be taken into the pool area.
