WE ARE sure we may look back on the heatwave of July 2013 with mixed emotions. It appears to have gone from one extreme to another.

One minute it is the wettest spring in 30 years. And the next minute, the temp is on the 90’s for days.

As part of our growing group of contributors, we asked young Harlow photographer, Robyn Bailey to chronicle the warm weather on Monday July 22nd.
