Police appeal after Potters Street crash

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a single vehicle collision in Harlow.

Officers were contacted at 11.20pm on Thursday, October 24, with reports of a car having been in collision with fencing on the corner of Carters Mead, Harlow.

The vehicle was a black Volkswagen Golf which had been left at the scene. A short time later police arrested a 42-year-old man and 34-year-old woman, both from Harlow, on suspicion of drink driving and failing to stop.

They have been released on police bail pending further enquiries to November 14.

Police are asking witnesses to contact Pc Laura Shelley at Harlow police station on 101.
