Harlow Labour Party announce candidates for the 2014 District Elections.

THE HARLOW Labour party has announced its line up for the 2014 district elections.
Charlie Cochrane, Chair of Harlow Labour Party said:
“Harlow Labour Party are committed to delivering fairness and equality for the community with active local Candidates who will represent their community’s views.
“Having spoken to thousands of people on the doorstep, week in week out throughout the year, they know what the people of Harlow want and expect from their elected representatives.
“The people of Harlow want Councillors who will stand up for the preservation of local services, in the face of vicious Tory cuts, targeted at the vulnerable.”
Cllr Mark Wilkinson, Leader of Harlow Council, said: “We have a great team of candidates in place who are already working hard within their communities to help their constituents with the issues that matter to them.
“Harlow Council under Labour is committed to delivering good quality housing and tackling the housing needs register in order to deliver housing for the residents of Harlow.
“We are working with residents to deliver change for the better, and taking the right long-term decisions for Harlow as a whole. This is while fighting off Tory cuts which are unfairly targeted at the most vulnerable in our society.”
