A MAN has been charged with theft following a police media appeal.

Nigel Cassell, 45, of Parsonage Leys, Harlow, was charged with stealing coffee from the Co-op in Tumbler Road, Harlow, on July 26.

He was bailed to appear before Chelmsford Magistrates Court on January 7, 2014.
