A HARLOW teenager has received a caution for being in possession of explosive substances for an unlawful purpose.

The male, who has not been named by the police, was arrested in August.

The Bomb Squad and forensic teams spent several hours at the address in Abbotsweld.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: “The man has admitted the offence and so after consulting the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), he has been issued with a caution.”.
