Harlow man charged with GBH over attack at chinese restaurant

A MAN has been charged following an assault outside a restaurant in the Brentwood area last December.
Steven CYWINSKI, aged 25, from Kingsland, Harlow has been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent during an incident at the Joy Fook Restaurant in Kelvedon Hatch on December 8 which left his victim, a 28 year old man from Hertfordshire, with serious facial injuries.
Steven Cywinski has been released on police bail to appear at Basildon Magistrates Court on March 20.
