Harlow – Accident on A1025 Second Avenue has been cleared.

Update: 1615 hrs

ESSEX Police have reported that the incident was a road traffic collision between a Skoda Octavia and a DAF truck. They reported that two people were injured but that their injuries were not thought to be serious.

Incident: 1545 hrs

SECOND Avenue in Harlow is shut off in Harlow between Howard Way roundabout and the Clock Tower roundabout.

Ambulances are at the scene.

Traffic is being diverted up Tillwicks Road. There is a tailback building as we head into rush hour.
