POLICE are looking to identify a man in connection with the criminal damage of a confectionery vending machine in Harlow.

The item was vandalised at The Water Gardens shortly before 3am on Saturday, March 1, leaving owners with an approximate £500 repair bill.

The man pictured on CCTV was in the area at the time and should be able to assist investigating officers.
