Stop stealing from the vans of hard-working Harlow residents….please

ESSEX Police will no doubt tell us that they have limited records of vans being broken into in Harlow but then again, confidence is very very low in a force that cannot solve 94% of burglaries in Harlow in the last six months.
Our attention was drawn to a post on Facebook by Harlow resident, Ria Maxwell.
Ria said: “This is a massive long shot but my brothers van was broken into outside his home in Willowfield between 6 and 8pm tonight (Monday Dec 22nd).
“All of his tools have been taken and he can no longer go to work. Everything has his name ‘Kyle’ or ‘km’ in marker pen so if anyone knows anything or is offered any tools please inbox me.
“REWARD OFFERED to anyone with info leading to return of tools”.
YH reported a few weeks ago, on the number of vans broken into around the town. There are further reports of vans being broken into in the Tanys Dell area.
It looks like it may well be down to the ever vigilant Harlow residents to keep their eyes peeled and look out for the van floating around their streets, for the man (or woman) floating around.
We will keep you updated.
