Tylers CrossPOLICE are appealing for information on a BMW car which is believed to have been involved in a fatal road traffic collision this morning but failed to stop.

Officers were contacted by the Ambulance Service just before 4.15am today following reports that motorcyclist had come off his bike in Tylers Road at Roydon. The rider of the motorbike, a 24-year-old man from Harlow, was treated by ambulance paramedics at the scene but sadly declared deceased.
