Friday: Update on illegal traveller encampments in Harlow.

Lovet Road (land owned by Essex County Council):

The five caravans from Third Avenue/Elizabeth Way have now moved to this location. Harlow Council is awaiting a progress update from Essex County Council.

South Road/Tany’s Dell Cycle track (land owned by Essex County Council):

There are now seven caravans in this encampment. Essex County Council is to serve the encampment with a direction to leave on Monday 19 January 2015 giving 24 hours to vacate the land.

Horsecroft Road (land owned by Essex County Council):

There is one caravan in this encampment. Essex County Council is to serve the encampment with a direction to leave on Monday 19 January 2015 giving 24 hours to vacate the land.
