FIRE CREWS used two hose reels to tackle a blaze involving an allotment shed and associated equipment.

The incident occurred at 11pm on Thursday (Jan 15th).

Crews arriving at the scene of the incident at the junction of Rundells and Ridings Lane reported that the shed was well alight and that a propane cylinder was involved in the fire.

One appliance attended the incident.
