Update: Elderly man dies following collision in Old Harlow

A MAN has died following a road collision in Station Road with the junction of Jocelyns in Harlow. It happened at around 5.30pm on Saturday, January 31.

An 84-year-old man from Ongar was driving a black Ford Fiesta which was in collision with a red Nissan Juke. The driver of the Fiesta fell ill following the collision and taken to hospital where he sadly died the following day. The cause of death is unknown at this stage.

The driver of the Nissan was uninjured and is assisting police with their enquiries.

Police are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to come forward.
