Teenager assaulted outside Passmores Academy

POLICE in Harlow are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a teenage boy outside Passmores Academy on Monday February 23.

The incident happened at around 3pm. The suspect, believed to be a teenage boy, opened the door of the car the victim was sitting in and punched him in the face. The victim was left with cuts and bruises to his lip.
