Three arrested after man attacked in Town Centre in Harlow

ESSEX Police are investigating an assault in Eastgate, Harlow.

The incident was reported at about 2.20am on Sunday, May 31.

An 18-year-old man from the town suffered a cut to the top of his leg and was taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries were serious but not life threatening.

Three people were arrested on suspicion of assault and released on police bail pending further enquiries.

A 21-year old man from Harlow was bailed to September 11, a 23-year-old man from Bishops Stortford was bailed to September 12 and a 19-year-old woman from Harlow was bailed to September 13.

Witnesses or anyone with information is asked to call Dc Laura Cuthbert at Harlow CID on 101.
