FOLLOWING the release of a CCTV image this morning, police have identified a man they were looking for in connection with an incident that took place in Harlow’s Civic Square on Wednesday, July 29.

A 64-year-old man from Ware in Herts was arrested at 12pm today on suspicion of sexual assault. He is being questioned by officers.
