ON Tuesday 27th September at Harlow College, the Skyline Restaurant held a Macmillan Cancer Trust to raise funds towards finding a cure for cancer.

The Macmillan meal cost £6.50 for cakes, tea and main course and any extra donations were welcome.

The organisers of the event Jenny said: “The event had been running for eight years, in memory of survivors and those who had passed”.

Many of those in attendance said they was attending in order to support the trust and help towards Macmillan finding a cure and were at the event due to family and friends who had lost their battle.

The event was a great success and ALL the money raised helped towards the charity.
