Harlow man in court over nuisance dog

A HARLOW man is set to stand trial after complaints regarding a nuisance dog.

Karl Morris, aged, of Long Banks, Harlow is charged with the following:

On 26/09/2016 at Harlow having been served with an abatement notice under section 80(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 by Harlow District Council, without reasonable excuse contravened or failed to comply with a requirement, namely to abate the statutory nuisance caused by (1) Dog(s) barking, imposed by the notice.

The case has been adjourned to January 30th, 2017 at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
