A SCOOTER rally undertook a lap of Harlow as part of the weekend’s 70th birthday celebrations.

They started at The Link and ended at Burnt Mill Academy where a Family Fun Day took place.

Our cameras filmed them as they went down Parsloe Road and we also caught up with them as they sped down Foster Street.
