Harlow Labour Party Chair, Charlie Cochrane said today: “This was a well-deserved win for Tony and we’re delighted to retain this seat for Labour.

“Tony worked incredibly hard throughout the campaign and left no one in doubt of his commitment to making Harlow a fair and inclusive town in which everyone has opportunities and no one is left behind.”

Cllr Edwards said today; “A huge thank you to the residents of Toddbrook who overwhelmingly voted Labour in the by-election held on the 28th September.

“Over the coming months I will work with Toddbrook’s other Labour Councillors, Karen Clempner and Phil Waite, to represent the Toddbrook Ward and ensure that residents feel able to support Labour again in the Harlow Council Elections to be held in May 2018.”
