HARLOW Rugby Club have appealed to users to not park on Howard Way.

Drivers have been parking up on the main road making visibility difficult on the busy road.

A spokesperson for the club said: “Please note you are advised not to park on the grassed verges along Howard Way, Second Avenue and or Tilwicks Road (Phoenix playing fields).

“These roads are classified as being Urban Clearways and as such parking restrictions apply which could incur penalties.

“Please note HRUFC accept no responsibility for any vehicle parked either on or off site at any time”.
