TWO students from St Nicholas’ Independent school in Old Harlow have been successful in recent ISA national competitions

Amelia Redcliffe in last year’s Year 11 has won the Key Stage 4 ISA National Film and Digital Art Competition for her digital painting, ‘Lost’, which she produced on the iPad (photo attached) and Georgina Handford (currently in Year 10) received a Highly Commended Award at the ISA National Art Competition for her shell cushion which was produced first by drawing a shell, then making this into a lino cut and finally printing her design in a repeat pattern onto cotton and making the cushion cover out of the fabric.

Both Georgina and Amelia qualified for this national competition after winning their categories in the Eastern Region competitions.
