Harlow’s darts players have chance to shine at Rileys

RILEYS Sports bars and the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) team up for a third consecutive year to give 32 amateurs their chance to mix it with the pros.
Seventeen Rileys clubs will host qualifying events between 20th January and 18th February 2018 where the winner will take their place in the PDC`s FA Cup of Darts, UK Open Finals in Butlins Minehead in March.
Rob Cross, PDC number 3 in the latest PDC rankings, started his career through the Rileys Qualifiers. Rob, from Hastings, travelled to the Norwich qualifier back in 2016. Rob stormed the PDC circuit in 18 months and on Sunday was crowned World Champion after beating Phil Taylor 7-2 in the final.
Rileys Amateur Qualifier events really can be what dreams are made of.
Amateurs will be playing best of 7 legs, 501 straight start, with the final best of 9 legs. There is a strict dress code for the qualifiers, more information can be found on our website www.rileys.co.uk.

Entry costs £7 and includes a free drink (or cashback voucher for Scottish sites) and players can enter more than 1 qualifier in their quest for glory.
Rileys Harlow will be hosting their event on 3rd February 2018. Players will need to register in advance on this date to play in the event.
