On Wednesday lunchtime, we sat down with the acting leader of Harlow Council, cllr Emma Toal and the portfolio holder for finance, cllr Mike Danvers to discuss the legacy of Jon Clempner, the timeline for electing a new leader and whether there will be a change of style and/or direction in the Labour-lead council.
