New Harlow Council leader’s first victory as budget is passed

THE NEW leader of Harlow Council has chalked up her first victory as her budget proposals for the coming year has been voted thrpugh.
Cllr Emma Toal opened and closed a debate that saw a wide variety of subjects discussed.

The Conservative group abstained.

What would you expect, they have a majority,let's wait and see what this budget does for all and sundry. Don't hold your breath for an improvement for local tax payers. LABOUR at your PERIL.
